sectors does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, usage data, or audio content. It has no network access, no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising.
What sectors is
sectors is an Audio Unit (AUv3) plugin — a quadraphonic surround panner that runs inside a compatible host app (such as AUM). It processes audio in real time, entirely on your device.
Data we collect
None. Specifically, sectors does not:
- Require or support account creation or sign-in
- Collect names, email addresses, or other personal information
- Use analytics, crash reporting, or advertising services of any kind
- Track you across apps or websites
- Connect to the internet or transmit any data to a server
Audio processing
The audio passed into sectors by its host app is processed in real time, in memory, on your device only. sectors does not record, save, or transmit that audio anywhere.
Data stored on your device
sectors does not write files, save preferences to persistent storage, or otherwise retain any data between sessions beyond the plugin's own parameter state, which is held and saved by your host app in the ordinary course of using an Audio Unit plugin — the same as any of its other effects or instruments.
Third parties
sectors does not integrate any third-party SDKs, services, or libraries that collect data.
Children's privacy
Because sectors does not collect any personal data from anyone, it does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of sectors adds a feature that involves data collection — this page will be updated and the effective date above will change accordingly.
